  9.           yuvtoppm - convert Abekas YUV bytes into a portable pixmap

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.           yuvtoppm width height [imagedata]
  13.  
  14.      DESCRIPTION
  15.           Reads raw Abekas YUV bytes as input.  Produces a portable
  16.           pixmap as output.  The input file is just YUV bytes.  You
  17.           have to specify the width and height on the command line,
  18.           since the program obviously can't get them from the file.
  19.           The maxval is assumed to be 255.
